If you would like to attend the Forum then please contact SEABIF@mooreblatch.com to request a place as capacity is limited. The Forum is aimed for medical professionals, case manager’s, clinicians, therapists, support workers and others working in the field of neurological conditions/injury.

The speakers are:-

Chris Ashdown, Head of Individual Funding Requests at the South Central and West Commissioning and Support Unit; and Jennifer Kettell, Clinical Lead for Brain Injury at the NHS West Hampshire CCG.

The speakers aim to cover the process around neuro-rehab applications, what they fund and what they wouldn’t, how a patient “fits” the neuro-rehab criteria but also what other patients would benefit from the individual funding approach. The talk may also include the kind of providers they recommend and work with around the region and the differences between them.

The delegates will be invited to participate in a discussion around expectations and what makes a good application. This will be followed by questions, answers and discussion.

The evening will also include for an opportunity to network with other members of the Forum.
